I want to do business in the Philippines, how can you help me?

We provide complete business registration services in the Philippines. We will recommend to you the best suitable company set-up in accordance to your goals and acquire all necessary permits, licenses and accreditations such as from SEC, Local Government Unit (Barangay and City/Municipalities), BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig.

How much is your consultation fee?

None. Initial consultation for maximum of 30 minutes is always free. For extensive consultation, we normally charge on per hour basis and rate is reliant on how complex is the information the client requires.

What are the locations you can handle?

We are a Makati based accounting and consulting firm who serves local and foreign clients. In the Philippines, most of our clients are within Metro Manila. We also served and currently servicing provinces and cities like Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, Olongapo City, Zambales, Tuguegarao City, Iloilo City and Palawan. We are open and willing to serve those in need of our services regardless of its location. Tell us where you are and let us discuss how we can extend our professional services to you.

Aside from the Philippines, we are also open to cater clients across the globe. With the use of technology, we can work remotely and be your accountants and bookkeepers on the go. Accounting and auditing firms who are using International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) can also outsource support services from our very own highly competitive Filipino accountants.

What is your minimum contract period?

It depends on the nature of the engagement. But generally, on a retainership basis, its 6 months. Special discount is given for a minimum of 1 year engagement.

Can you handle my tax preparation/filing without bookkeeping services?

Yes, as long as you have in-house accountant or bookkeeper who is doing the bookkeeping and will provide us all information we needed. If none, you have to get us for bookkeeping and tax preparation. This is to ensure the correctness, reliability and integrity of all tax returns.

Do you prepare Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) only?

Yes, we can handle one-time annual income tax return preparation services. The client should provide us all information, documents and forms we require and we will get the ITR done in 2 days at maximum.

We have all the documents of our transactions but not recorded in the books, will you accommodate the preparation of our Financial Statements?

Yes, provided that you will acquire our services too in backtracking and recording of your transactions to your books of accounts. In accounting, recording of transactions comes first prior to preparation of Financial Statements. Also, you need comply with the bookkeeping requirements of the BIR and make your books updated on a daily basis to avoid trouble in the future which will cause you headache and apparently additional unnecessary expenses due to penalties.

Who will safe keep the receipts, invoices and other company pertinent documents?

Documents are to be kept at client’s premises for at least 5 years. For monthly tax returns and mandatory contributions forms, our firm will send scanned copy of payments and original documents will be given every end month.

What software are you using?

As your outsourced accounting firm, we have our own internally developed accounting system which you can use with no additional fee (www.onlineaccounting.kgconsult-ph.com). This is to ensure that the system is in line with our known best accounting process and control, guaranteed minimal downtime, ensure continuity and perform timely updates whenever needed or upon recommendation of our clients.

Aside from our own online accounting system, we have clients that are using Xero, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Business One. We can adopt on whatever system you preferred which will meet the requirements of your operation.

How do you process our payroll?

We have our own HRIS and payroll system (www.payroll.kgconsultsystems.com). We process payroll in few clicks and access and download reports in real time. Security and privacy of employee personal information and payroll data are highly intact.

KG Consult is behind the brand Payroll Chief, the soon to launch HRIS and payroll system in the Philippines (www.payrollchief.com). Payroll Chief will be the most flexible payroll system in terms of computation and the most powerful in terms of reporting. This will be available for monthly subscription.
